Dior Or de Vie Case
Dior’s story began in 1947 with Christian Dior, an Haute Couture pioneer who turned the industry’s rules on their head with his iconic New Look collection. Nowadays, the brand keeps innovating in several sectors, from fragrance to leather goods, cosmetics, and more.
In 2022, the House entrusted us to design the box for its L’or de vie cream. The box body’s minimalist, refined design features a (French-origin, PEFC-certified) wood frame with laser-etched panels that were assembled by hand.
This wooden structure is lined by hand with a luminous white sheathing.
The lid and the interior cushion are adorned with hot-stamped reflective gold.
The box’s internal calibration follows the angles of the lid, stabilising the bottle and making this box design unique.
